About the National Fertility Law Center
Our law practice is dedicated to assisted parenthood and family formation (parental rights) law. We serve all types of potential parents, including those with non-traditional families.
Our founding partners, Thomas M. Pinkerton, Esq. and Willard K. Halm, Esq., have devised contractual provisions that protect all parties to assisted parenthood and co-parenting and have adapted these protective documents to comply with laws throughout the United States. Their relationships with other skilled fertility law attorneys throughout the United States have been formalized into a nationwide law firm with a team of individually selected of-counsel attorneys. These attorneys work with and through our central office to provide courtroom or other representation in different states as needed. All offices are fully equipped to serve clients.
