Surrogacy / Surrogate, Egg Donation, Sperm Donation Attorneys:
Skilled, Confidential Help from National Network of Experienced Lawyers

Sperm Donation Law

National Fertility Law Center is highly experienced in sperm donation law. We can assist you with all legal steps if your situation calls for one parent to be the sperm donor for your child with both assisted parents' names being placed on the birth certificate, or where you wish to use a separate sperm donor, either anonymous or known, again with both assisted parents' names being placed on the birth certificate. Non-traditional and international clients are welcome.

Our practice is strictly limited to assisted parenthood, and we can provide you with highly skilled, confidential legal services that will protect your legal rights and your privacy while giving you legal rights to your baby. We also provide legal advice and representation when an egg donor or surrogate will also be needed; for more information on this, please see our pages on egg and embryo donation law and surrogacy law.
